Many erotically marginalised people, including those who are LGBTQIA+, kinky, queer, neurodivergent, BIPOC, disabled, and non-monogamous, find it hard to access therapy.  

I am deeply committed to removing barriers to accessing mental health support and I am exploring different ways my practice can provide this.

Unfortunately, all low cost sessions are taken and the 2024 waiting list is currently closed.

In short, talk therapy offers you a dedicated, private, and safe space to unpack and work through challenges in your personal life. 

Please be aware that this is not a crisis service and you need to be in a relatively stable mental state to undertake therapy. If you are in urgent crisis or an emergency situation please seek immediate help. Sex and relationship therapy is for any adult (someone aged 18 or over), who has a sexual, intimate, or relationship problem. This might be a physical, emotional, or psychological problem, or a mixture of all three. 

Not at all. You can come to therapy whether you’re single, in one relationship or many, married, separated, or divorced. 

All non-conventional relationship structures (C/ENM, polyam, D/S, QP, swinging etc) are warmly welcome, as long as they’re between consenting adults.

This is impossible to say without knowing your unique personal situation.

However, my aim is to empower you to have the skills and confidence to leave therapy sooner rather than later.

The majority of my clients have therapy for 3-6 months.

Both individual and relationship therapy is 200€ / £170 per 50-minute session.

Clients pay monthly in advance by bank transfer. A 10% late fee is charged and compounded for each week an invoice is overdue.

As well as being a therapist, I’m also a kinky, non-monogamous human being. I attend kink and other sex-related events. 

For your confidentiality, if you are or have been a client, I will ignore you if I see you and pretend I don’t know you. You are welcome to talk to me if you wish but I won't initiate contact. If this is something that concerns you, we can discuss it together.
