The Silent Bedroom
Isn't it fascinating?
You can discuss holiday budgets, parenting, and retirement plans, but mention sexual preferences and desires, and suddenly you're both studying the ceiling with unusual interest.
This disconnect affects even the most communicative and connected couples.
For some, it's always been this way. Even at the start of the relationship, conversations about sex were awkward. For others, it's the gradual drift that happens over time while you're busy building a life together.
When Words Fail Us
It's such a puzzle, isn't it?
That curious silence, that confusing communication gap, sitting right at the heart of your otherwise loving, vibrant relationship...
What's the secret ingredient you're overlooking?
What's missing is something almost none of us were taught to do. This isn't your fault, and you couldn't have known you needed it. It's how to have courageous, intimate conversations effectively.
You deserve to have the right conversational frameworks that make these discussions feel safe and playful rather than exposing, painful, or confrontational.

Introducing Play Together, Stay Together
The Play Together, Stay Together course delivers everything you need to transform those tricky conversations into delightful discoveries. And it's all tidily packaged in bite-sized, weekly modules that fit into even the busiest lives.

Who Isn't This For?
"Play Together, Stay Together" is not a good fit for:
-
Couples experiencing severe relationship issues
If you're dealing with issues such as infidelity, abuse, coercion, or ongoing high-conflict dynamics, we recommend seeking support from a qualified therapist. -
Anyone seeking a quick fix
Improving intimacy takes time, effort, and vulnerability. This course requires an ongoing willingness to engage in difficult conversations. -
Couples looking for explicit sexual instruction or advice
Although the course can help you identify what additional support you'd like to get.

Why I Created Play Together, Stay Together
What I've discovered after providing hundreds of relationship therapy sessions is that thriving couples aren't necessarily those who start with perfect sexual compatibility. They are the ones who learn to talk about intimacy with curiosity and kindness.
I've created this course because these powerful conversations shouldn't be limited to my therapy room.

Hello! I'm Tiga-Rose Nercessian (she/her)
I’m an accredited Sex and Relationship Psychotherapist. I’m also a specialist trainer and academic researcher. I have been working in this field since 2015.
Personally, I am a queer, multi-neurodivergent, multi-ethnic synaesthete. These aspects of who I am form and inform me and my practice.
My work is trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming, ensuring you feel heard, held, and safe as you explore together.
My aim is to support and empower you to have happier, healthier, and more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others – whatever that looks like for you.
All Of Who You Are Is Welcome
Having worked with hundreds of people in intimate relationships, I have put together the most useful conversations I use in my work with monogamous, non-monogamous, polyamorous, and polygamous couples. This includes many LGBTQIA+ and queer relationships.
How Structure Helps
From Awkward Silences to Effortless Expression
A shared vocabulary that makes talking about desires straightforward. This communication improves all of your relationships.
From Guesswork to Genuine Understanding
Finally understanding what works for your partner. As you feel truly seen, you become more curious about seeing them.
From Performance to Presence
Shifting from "doing it right" to actually enjoying the moment. Creating a sanctuary of connection in your increasingly distracted world.
