Navigating sex, relationships, and intimacy as a neurodivergent person can feel like a maze, especially when mainstream sex education often overlooks the unique needs of neurodivergent communities. That's why we wanted to take this opportunity to highlight four incredible neurodivergent content creators and sex educators. These individuals are changing the conversation around relationships, sexual health, healthy communication, pleasure, and beyond.

Let’s dive into their work:

Cate Osborn is a powerhouse content creator, sex educator, adult performer, and advocate for mental health and disability. With humour and authenticity, Cate opens up essential conversations about ADHD, neurodivergence, and disability awareness, especially as they intersect with sex and sex education. A significant focus of their work revolves around navigating relationships as a neurodivergent person, with special emphasis on experiences in the kink community. Cate’s voice is vital in breaking stigmas and promoting healthier, inclusive approaches to sex and intimacy.

Che Che Luna (they/them) – @che.che.luna

Che Che Luna is a neurodivergent, queer, kinky, trans, and polyamorous sex and pleasure educator, dancer, and activist. As an embodiment facilitator, their work focuses on helping people embrace their bodies and sexualities in ways that are authentic and pleasurable. Che’s content centres around sex and pleasure education, activism, and breaking down the barriers that often marginalize neurodivergent and queer people in conversations about sex. Their approach is a blend of education, empowerment, and sensuality.

Milly Evans (she/her) – @itsmillyevans

Milly Evans is an award-winning content creator, sex educator, and author, known for her commitment to making discussions about sex, relationships, and health feel more accessible to people who are queer, neurodivergent, or disabled. Often overlooked by mainstream sex education, Milly ensures that her content is both inclusive and comprehensive, offering practical advice and insights. Whether it’s through TikTok videos or her written work, Milly’s goal is to make sex education a space where everyone feels seen and heard.

Apurupa Vatsalya (she/they) – @inapurupriate

Apurupa Vatsalya is a gender justice lawyer-turned-sexuality educator and intimacy coach. Her work is dedicated to exploring the intersections of gender, sexuality, body neutrality, and mental health, particularly as they relate to neurodivergence. Apurupa’s content offers invaluable insights into how these complex facets of identity impact our understanding of pleasure, safety, and intimacy. Their coaching and educational resources guide individuals toward more authentic and fulfilling connections, both with themselves and others.
