The Neurodivergent & LGBTQ+ Sex Playbook
"An expansive, reassuring roadmap for any neurodivergent individual who wants to better understand their own sexual and romantic fulfilment."
Devon Price, PhD, Author of Unmasking Autism
The Sex Book You Didnât Know You Needed.
There is no shortage of sex books telling you how itâs supposed to work.
What they rarely offer is the invitation to pause, reflect, and discover what genuinely resonates with you.
Especially for queer neurodivergent adults, navigating intimacy can feel confusing, alienating, or shaped by assumptions that never considered your unique heart, mind, or nervous system.Â
The Neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ Sex Playbook is not a set of rules or a stepâbyâstep guide, but a compassionate tool for exploration.
Grounded in lived experience, accessibility, and radical self-advocacy, the book explores topics rarely centred elsewhere, including masking, meltdowns, consent, neurodivergent arousal, and the impact of ADHD medication.
This book isnât about becoming palatable, performative, or ânormalâ. Itâs about feeling more at home in your body, clearer and more confident in your wants and limits, and more empowered to shape sex and reclaim intimacy on your own terms.
"A thoughtful, warm, and tenderly affirming invitation for neuroqueer people to reclaim intimacy on our own terms."
Lyric Rivera (they/them), Neurodivergent Rebel
Meet Tiga-Rose
Hello! I'm Tiga-Rose Nercessian (she/her).
As an accredited sex & relationship psychotherapist and specialist in neurodivergence, I offer neuro-affirming, trauma-informed individual and relationship therapy.Â
I wrote this book to help make some of the approaches, tools, and activities I use with clients more widely available.
As a queer, multi-neurodivergent, mixed-race person, my lived experience informs my practice.
My aim is to empower you to have more fulfilling intimate relationships, and to forge a relational path that is authentically yours.
Want To Do More Than Just Read?Â
In order to stop you getting lost in circles of mental masturbation, I've created a series of courses to bring each chapter of the book to life.Â
The NSP Guild doesn't contain advice, because you are already the expert on you. Rather, it's a safe, "clothes-on, hands-off" reflective, conversational space.Â
Through a series of gentle, invitational activities and discussions, you can unpack your desires, honour your sensory world, and re-author your intimate life, one chapter at a time. Â
Tell Me More"Accurate, reassuring, funny and above all accessible - it will make you feel seen and understood."
